Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are processed and ship the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm will be processed and ship the next business day.  Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship to almost everywhere in the world using UPS shipping services or DHL based on your order details, along with your country's postal service. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. Vela Jars cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.
